Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- cloves - 1/8 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- 2 canned sliced beets
How to make quick pickled beets:
Drain juice from beets. Add remaining ingredients to juice and bring to boiling. Pour over beets and set in refrigerator to chill and season overnight.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Canadian.
