Quick pepper steak
Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- medium onion, cut into wedges - 1 item
- can beef gravy - 1 item
- cups hot cooked rice - 4 item
- pound boneless beef sirloin - 1 item
- medium green or red peppers, cut into strips - 2 item
How to make quick pepper steak:
Slice beef into thin strips. In medium skillet, heat half of the oil. Add beef in 2 batches and stir fry until browned. Set beef aside. Reduce heat to medium. Add remaining oil. Add peppers, onion, and garlic powder and stir fry until tender crisp. Drain Fat. Add gravy and worcestershire. Heat to aboil. Return beef to pan. reduce heat to low and heat thoroughly.
