- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon - 4 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- brown sugar
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- soft shortening - 1/4 c
- soft oleo - 4 Tbsp
How to make quick mix coffee cake:
Topping:1 c. brown sugar2 Tbsp. flour4 tsp. cinnamon4 Tbsp. soft oleo Blend topping with fork.Cream the shortening and sugar. Add egg and milk; mix well. Mix dry ingredients together. Stir dry mixture into batter. Spread half of batter into a 9 x 9-inch pan. Sprinkle with topping; add more batter and more topping. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
