Quick crescent taco pie



  • pkg
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • water - 1/2 c
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • can crescent rolls - 8 oz
  • sliced ripe olives - 1/3 c
  • crushed corn chips - 1 to
  • shredded lettuce and avocado slices optional - 1 item

How to make quick crescent taco pie:

Preheat oven to 375°. In frying pan, brown ground beef and drain. Stir in seasoning mix, water and olives. Simmer 5 minutes.

Separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles. Place in ungreased 9 or 10-inch pie pan. Press over bottom and up sides to form a crust.

Spoon meat mixture over crust and corn chips. Spread sour cream over meat and cover with cheese. Sprinkle remaining corn chips over top. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.

If desired, serve with shredded lettuce and avocado slices. Refrigerate leftovers. Serves 5 to 6.
