  • sour cream - 1 c
  • water - 1/4 c
  • ground beef
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • can crescent rolls - 1 oz
  • taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg
  • sliced olives - 1/3 c
  • crushed corn or Tostitos chips - 1 to

How to make quick crescent taco pie:

Brown ground beef and drain. Stir in seasoning mix, water and olives. Simmer 5 minutes. Separate crescent dough in 8 triangles. Place in ungreased pie pan, pressing to form crust. Sprinkle 1 cup chips over bottom. Spoon meat over chips, sour cream over meat and cover with cheese. Sprinkle remaining chips on top. Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes until brown. Cut into servings and serve with shredded lettuce, diced tomato and salsa.
