Quick crab quiche



  • eggs - 6 item
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • light cream
  • dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • minced onion - 1 Tbsp
  • white wine - 1 Tbsp
  • shredded cheese - 1/2 c
  • 9-inch unbaked pie shell - 1 item
  • dried tarragon - 1/2 tsp
  • can crab - 1 1/2

How to make quick crab quiche:

Drain and flake the crab. Beat together the eggs, cream, onions, wine, salt, dry mustard and tarragon. Put crab and cheese in the pie shell. Pour the balance of the ingredients over the crab and cheese. Bake in a preheated 375° oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until the knife inserted in center, comes out clean. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Serves 6.
