  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • packed brown sugar - 1/4 c
  • milk - 1/3 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • melted margarine - 2 Tbsp
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • sifted flour - 1 c
  • margarine

How to make quick coffee cake:

Topping:2 Tbsp. margarine2 Tbsp. flour1/4 c. packed brown sugar1/2 tsp. cinnamon Sift flour, baking powder and salt together in large bowl. Beat egg until thick. Add sugar, milk and margarine and beat with mixer. Add egg mixture to flour mixture and blend well. Pour batter into 8 or 9-inch greased and floured pan. Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle over batter. Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes.
