Quick cinnamon rolls
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 2/3
- margarine - 1/4 c
- buttermilk baking mix - 2 c
How to make quick cinnamon rolls:
Mix milk and baking mix into soft dough in bowl. Roll into rectangle 1/8 to 1/4-inch thick on floured surface. Brush dough with margarine. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over dough. Roll as for jelly roll from long side. Slice dough 1-inch thick. Place cut side down in 9 or 10-inch baking pan. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Weeknight, Brunch.
