Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- sour cream - 4 oz
- Bisquick - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can chicken broth - 1/2 item
- cooked, chopped chicken - 1 c
- poultry seasoning - 1/2 tsp
- dash of curry powder optional - 1 item
How to make quick chicken pie:
Preheat oven to 350°. Stir together first 6 ingredients. Pour into lightly greased 9-inch pie pan or baking dish of similar size. Stir together Bisquick, sour cream and milk; pour over chicken mixture. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until topping is golden. Let pie set 10 minutes, then spoon out and enjoy with a tossed salad and crusty bread.Recipe categories: Main dish, Poultry, One Dish meal.
