Quick chicken casserole
Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 4 Tbsp
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- water or chicken broth
- boiled chicken - 1 c
- small bag yellow saffron rice - 1 item
- stick plain crackers - 1 item
How to make quick chicken casserole:
Mix all ingredients except crackers and butter. Melt butter. Crumble crackers into small crumbs. Pour mixed ingredients into 9-inch casserole dish. Spread crumbs onto top. Evenly pour melted butter on top of crumbs. Bake at 325° for about 45 minutes until top is brown.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
