Quick and easy coffee cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• sour cream - 1 c
• yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
• salad oil - 1/2 c
• eggs, beaten lightly - 4 item
• instant vanilla pudding - 1 pkg
• Beat for 5 minutes

How to make quick and easy coffee cake:

Mix all ingredients together. Beat for 5 minutes. Spread 1/2 of mixture into an 8 x 12-inch pan.Topping:1 tsp. cinnamon1/2 c. sugar Sprinkle 1/2 of topping on the mixture in the pan. Spread remaining batter mixture in the pan; sprinkle with remaining topping. Bake in a 350° oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
