Ingredients/Components
- self-rising flour - 2 Tbsp
- small can Pet milk - 1 item
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- Cheddar cheese, grated
- medium eggs - 6 item
- deep dish pie shell, unbaked - 1 item
- small onion, sauteed in butter - 1 item
- cooked ham, chopped fine - 2 c
How to make quiche:
Mix sauteed onion, flour, ham and cheese and spread in pie shell. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the mixture in the pie shell. Bake at 375° for about 35 minutes. Do not overcook. Let set about 5 to 10 minutes before cutting.Diane suggests using Swiss cheese, 1 package spinach (optional) and crisp bacon, crumbled up. You can use anything as a filler that you want to.
