Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- light cream
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- 9-inch pastry shell
- grated cheese Swiss or Cheddar
- vegetable or 1/2 lb - 1 lb
How to make quiche:
Bake shell at 400° for 8 minutes. Cook meat or vegetable. Sprinkle 1/2 of the cheese on bottom of cooked pastry shell. Beat eggs and cream together and pour over cheese. Sprinkle top with meat or vegetable and remaining cheese. Bake at 325° for 40 minutes or until set.Recipe categories: Egg, Cheese, Main dish.
