How to make puppy chow:

Melt the first 3 ingredients in a large measuring cup in the microwave. Stir well the Corn Chex and powdered sugar. Pour cereal in a large roasting pan. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal and toss well. Place sugar in a brown paper bag and add cereal mixture. Fold down bag; take outside and shake well. Remove from bag and allow to "dry" on cookie sheets. Store in airtight container.
