  • finely chopped pecans - 2 c
  • large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
  • g - 2 cans
  • yellow cake mix, baked according to directions on box
  • large family size vanilla instant pudding, prepared - 1 item
  • large cartons frozen whipped topping - 2 item

How to make punch bowl cake:

In bottom of an 8 1/2-quart punch bowl, crumble half the cooked, cooled cake. Layer 1/2 pudding, 1/2 crushed pineapple, 1 can pie filling, 1 carton whipped topping and 1 cup pecans. Repeat process using remaining ingredients in the same order. Chill 24 hours.
