Punch bowl cake



  • carton sour cream - 1 oz
  • powdered sugar - 1 lb
  • can evaporated milk - 1 item
  • large containers Cool Whip - 2 item
  • cartons frozen strawberries - 4 item
  • large angel food cakes - 2 item
  • cartons fresh strawberries - 4 item

How to make punch bowl cake:

Mix the first 4 ingredients together. You may need to whip this mixture a lot to get it creamy. Take the angel food cakes and tear them into small pieces; place into your punch bowl, just to cover the bottom. Add a layer of strawberries and layer of the first mixture. Keep doing this until you run out. As you layer the strawberries, cut them into small slices. Cover punch bowl with plastic; place in the fridge to chill. Save some strawberries and Cool Whip to place on top of each serving.
