- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- egg yolks - 2 item
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1 c
- shortening
- ginger - 1 tsp
- canned pumpkin - 2 c
- box confectioners sugar - 1 oz
- Frosting:2 egg whites
How to make pumpkin whoopie pies:
Frosting:2 egg whites2 tsp. vanilla4 Tbsp. flour2 Tbsp. milk1 1/2 c. shortening1 (16 oz.) box confectioners sugar Combine pumpkin, yolks, sugar and oil. Beat with all remaining ingredients.
