Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- canned pumpkin - 15 oz
- flour - 2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- cloves - 1/2 tsp
- sugar - 2 c
- salad oil - 1 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- cream cheese
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- powdered sugar - 3 c
- margarine, melted - 6 Tbsp
- milk as needed - 1 Tbsp
How to make pumpkin squares:
Frosting:3 oz. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla3 c. powdered sugar6 Tbsp. margarine, melted1 Tbsp. milk (as needed) Cake: Mix well eggs, sugar, pumpkin and salad oil. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased and floured sheet cake pan (15 x 10 x 1-inch). Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Frost while warm.Frosting: Mix all frosting ingredients until smooth. Frost away.
