Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- cream cheese
- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- powdered sugar
- plain flour
- butter or oleo - 6 Tbsp
- can pumpkin - 1 item
How to make pumpkin squares:
Flour Mixture:2 c. plain flour1 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. cinnamon1 tsp. salt Frosting:8 oz. cream cheese6 Tbsp. butter or oleo1 Tbsp. milk1 1/2 c. powdered sugar Hand mix first 4 ingredients. Sift flour mixture and add to pumpkin mixture. Bake in jelly roll or other large pan at 325° until golden brown. When cool, frost and cut into squares.Recipe categories: Pie, Pies and tarts, Cakes.
