Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- cream cheese
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- oil - 1 c
- confectioners sugar - 2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- margarine - 1 c
- egg yolk - 1 item
- can pumpkin - 1 item
How to make pumpkin squares:
Frosting:3 oz. cream cheese1 c. margarine1 tsp. vanilla2 c. confectioners sugar1 egg yolk Squares: Combine wet ingredients, then add dry measurements. Pour into ungreased pan (jelly roll) and bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.Frosting: Mix by hand. Do not use a mixer to beat this frosting. It will stay "firmer". Store in refrigerator and keep squares real moist.
