Pumpkin squares

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• cream cheese
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• oil - 1 c
• confectioners sugar - 2 c
• baking powder - 2 tsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• margarine - 1 c
• egg yolk - 1 item
• can pumpkin - 1 item

How to make pumpkin squares:

Frosting:3 oz. cream cheese1 c. margarine1 tsp. vanilla2 c. confectioners sugar1 egg yolk Squares: Combine wet ingredients, then add dry measurements. Pour into ungreased pan (jelly roll) and bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.

Frosting: Mix by hand. Do not use a mixer to beat this frosting. It will stay "firmer". Store in refrigerator and keep squares real moist.
