How to make pumpkin spice cookies:

Frosting:2 c. confectioners sugar1 Tbsp. lemon juice1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind milk or cream Preheat oven to 350°. Cream the shortening. Gradually beat in sugar. Add eggs and pumpkin. Mix well. Sift flour, baking powder, salt and spices tog
