Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- water - 1/2 c
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- canned pumpkin - 1 c
- spice cake mix - 1 pkg
- instant vanilla pudding mix - 1 pkg
How to make pumpkin spice cake:
In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, pumpkin, water, oil, pudding mix and cinnamon. Beat at medium speed for 5 minutes. Stir in pecans. Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes or until cake tests done. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack.
