- sugar
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- eggs - 5 item
- vanilla
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- flour
- nutmeg - 3/4 tsp
- baking powder
- nuts - 1 c
- ginger
- canned pumpkin - 1 c
- margarine - 3 Tbsp
- lemon juice
- ground cinnamon - 3 tsp
- Gradually beat in sugar
How to make pumpkin roll:
Beat eggs on high speed for 5 minutes. Gradually beat in sugar. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread in a well sprayed sheet pan (12 x 17 x 1-inch).
