Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- sugar - 1 c
- pumpkin - 2/3 c
- flour - 3/4 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- 10x sugar - 1 c
- butter - 4 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
How to make pumpkin roll:
Mix together eggs, sugar, pumpkin, flour, soda and cinnamon. Grease and flour jelly roll pan. Pour mixture onto the jelly roll pan. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.Lay a dish towel on countertop. Place wax paper on towel. Sprinkle a small amount of 10x sugar on paper. Take cake from oven. Place it on wax paper. Put a sheet of wax paper on top of cake. Roll the cake up with the towel and place in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Mix cream cheese, 10x sugar, butter and vanilla until creamy. Spread on cooled cake and re-roll. Refrigerate.
