Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- cream cheese
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- pumpkin - 2/3 c
- pumpkin spice - 1 tsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- 10x sugar
- walnuts optional - 1 c
- eggs, beaten 3 minutes on high speed - 3 item
How to make pumpkin roll:
Filling:8 oz. cream cheese2 Tbsp. margarine1 tsp. vanilla1 c. 10x sugar Heat oven to 350°. Grease cookie sheet and line with wax paper. Bake for 15 minutes. Sprinkle 10x sugar on a dish towel. Take out of oven and flip onto the dish towel. Peel wax paper off. Roll and leave cool in towel. Spread with filling.Filling: Mix all ingredients together and spread on roll.
