  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • cream cheese - 6 oz
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 3/4 c
  • butter - 4 Tbsp
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • pumpkin - 3/4 c
  • powdered sugar - 1 c
  • ginger - 1 tsp
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp

How to make pumpkin roll:

Beat together until smooth and spread on cake. Re-roll cake and chill. (Oblong plastic container helps keep shape.) Can also use two 8 x 8-inch pans and put filling in middle.
