- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- pumpkin - 2/3 c
- ginger - 1 tsp
- soft butter - 4 Tbsp
- Bake at 375° for 15 minutes
How to make pumpkin roll:
Pour in well-greased, floured cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes. Sprinkle a clean towel with powdered sugar. Flip hot cake out on towel. Roll up towel in jelly roll fashion and let cool.Filling:1 c. powdered sugar1 (8 oz.) cream cheese4 Tbsp. soft butter1/2 tsp. vanilla Beat together until smooth. Roll out cooled cake.
