  • flour - 3/4 c
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • pumpkin - 2/3 c
  • ginger - 1 tsp
  • soft butter - 4 Tbsp
  • Bake at 375° for 15 minutes

How to make pumpkin roll:

Pour in well-greased, floured cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes. Sprinkle a clean towel with powdered sugar. Flip hot cake out on towel. Roll up towel in jelly roll fashion and let cool.Filling:1 c. powdered sugar1 (8 oz.) cream cheese4 Tbsp. soft butter1/2 tsp. vanilla Beat together until smooth. Roll out cooled cake. Spread on filling. Sprinkle on chopped pecans. Roll cake back up with filling inside. Keep in refrigerator in a covered container.
