  • vanilla
  • flour - 3/4 c
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • pumpkin - 2/3 c
  • soft butter - 2 Tbsp
  • 10x sugar - 1 c
  • Grease cookie sheet with sides; line with waxed paper

How to make pumpkin roll:

Mix well. Grease cookie sheet with sides; line with waxed paper. Grease paper; pour in batter. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Turn cake upside-down on cloth tea towel dusted with 10x sugar. Pull off paper. Roll tight and cool. Unroll and fill with filling.Filling:8 oz. cream cheese1 c. 10x sugar1 1/4 tsp. vanilla2 Tbsp. soft butter Spread on cake and re-roll. Refrigerate wrapped in foil.
