- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla
- flour - 3/4 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- pumpkin - 2/3 c
- soft butter - 2 Tbsp
- 10x sugar - 1 c
- Grease cookie sheet with sides; line with waxed paper
How to make pumpkin roll:
Mix well. Grease cookie sheet with sides; line with waxed paper. Grease paper; pour in batter. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Turn cake upside-down on cloth tea towel dusted with 10x sugar. Pull off paper. Roll tight and cool. Unroll and fill with filling.Filling:8 oz. cream cheese1 c. 10x sugar1 1/4 tsp. vanilla2 Tbsp. soft butter Spread on cake and re-roll.
