Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- cream cheese
- eggs - 3 item
- flour - 3/4 c
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- pumpkin - 2/3 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- margarine - 2 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
How to make pumpkin roll:
Filling:6 oz. cream cheese2 tsp. margarine1 c. powdered sugar Beat eggs; add pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger, baking powder, sugar, flour, nutmeg and lemon juice. Mix well. Pour in greased cookie sheet; bake at 375° for 15 minutes. When done, put on towel and roll. Cool for 30 minutes. Mix powdered sugar, margarine and cream cheese together. Unroll and spread with filling. Re-roll and cool before slicing to serve. Keep refrigerated.Recipe categories: American, Vegetables, North american.
