Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 3/4 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 2/3 c
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- pumpkin - 2/3 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- chopped pecans optional - 3/4 c
- cream cheese, soft
How to make pumpkin roll:
Filling:12 oz. cream cheese, soft3 Tbsp. butter1 tsp. vanilla1 c. powdered sugar3/4 c. chopped pecans (optional)1/2 c. powdered sugar Mix batter together. Pour into a 15 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch cookie sheet that has been lined with foil and sprayed with Pam. Bake 15 minutes at 350°. Remove from oven and immediately turn onto tea towel that has been sprinkled with 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
