- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- cream cheese - 1 (8
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- powdered sugar
- ginger - 1 tsp
- plain flour - 3/4 c
- margarine - 4 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- plain pumpkin - 2/3 c
How to make pumpkin roll:
Filling:1 c. powdered sugar4 Tbsp. margarine1 (8 oz.) cream cheese1/2 tsp. vanilla Roll: Mix dry ingredients together. Fold into pumpkin mixture. Spread a long cookie sheet with oil. Then wax paper. Pour batter and sprinkle with raisins. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Lay out a dish towel and cover with wax paper. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Turn cake onto this and roll up. Allow to cool.Beat filling ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Unroll pumpkin roll and put in filling, then roll up again. Slice and serve.
