- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- butter - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- pumpkin - 2/3 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- Cool Whip - 1 (4
- Pour onto cookie sheet covered with wax paper
How to make pumpkin roll:
Mix until thick and smooth. Pour onto cookie sheet covered with wax paper. Spread evenly. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes. When cake is done, flip onto a tea towel. Remove wax paper. Roll up and cool completely.Filling:8 oz. cream cheese1 c. powdered sugar1 tsp. butter1 (4 oz.) Cool Whip1 tsp. vanilla Mix together. Unroll cake; spread with filling and re-roll.
