  • eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
  • cup flour - 3/4 item
  • cup sugar - 1 item
  • Vanilla
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • cup confectioners sugar - 1 item
  • cup pumpkin - 2/3 item
  • Baking soda - 1 tsp
  • Butter, softened - 2 Tbsp
  • FILLING:8 oz cream cheese, softened

How to make pumpkin roll:

FILLING:8 oz cream cheese, softened1 cup confectioners sugar1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla2 Tbsp. Butter, softened Mix all ingredients together. Grease jelly roll pan and line with wax paper, grease wax paper. Pour in pan and bake at 375 degrees for 10 - 15 minutes. On cloth dish (tea) towel (not terry) sift confectioners sugar. Flip cake on towel upside down and peel off wax paper while hot. Roll in towel until cool. Mix all filling ingredients until smooth. Unroll cake and spread with filling. Reroll and sprinkle with confectioner's sugar. Slice and serve.
