Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 3/4 c
  • butter - 1 Tbsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • 10x sugar - 1 c
  • small carton Cool Whip - 1 item
  • pumpkin canned - 2/3 c

How to make pumpkin roll:

Beat first six ingredients together. Line jelly roll pan with wax paper. Spread batter in pan. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes. Sprinkle tea towel with 10x sugar. Flip cake over on towel. Roll. Cool. Mix last five ingredients together. Unroll cake; spread with Cool Whip mixture. Reroll. Chill.

Can be made in advance and frozen. This is a great dessert. Fast and easy!
