Pumpkin roll
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- 10x sugar - 1 c
- small carton Cool Whip - 1 item
- pumpkin canned - 2/3 c
How to make pumpkin roll:
Beat first six ingredients together. Line jelly roll pan with wax paper. Spread batter in pan. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes. Sprinkle tea towel with 10x sugar. Flip cake over on towel. Roll. Cool. Mix last five ingredients together. Unroll cake; spread with Cool Whip mixture. Reroll. Chill.Can be made in advance and frozen. This is a great dessert. Fast and easy!
