- 17 oz - 2 pkgs
- beaten egg - 1 item
- raisins - 1 c
- sugar - 2 tsp
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
How to make pumpkin raisin muffins:
Combine first 4 ingredients just until moist. Fill greased or paper-lined medium sized muffin cups (2/3 full). Sprinkle tops with cinnamon-sugar. Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.May be frozen and reheated.
