Pumpkin puff
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 1/3 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- heavy cream - 1/2 c
- pecans - 1/2 c
- eggs, well beaten - 3 item
- butter, melted - 5 Tbsp
- honey - 2 Tbsp
- ground ginger - 1/2 tsp
- can solid pack pumpkin - 1 oz
How to make pumpkin puff:
Mix together pumpkin, sugar, butter, salt and spices. Add eggs and cream. Thoroughly combine. Spoon mixture into baking dish. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 375° for 50 minutes or until slightly puffed. Serve at once.Recipe categories: Low protein, Side dish, Vegetables.
