Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- water - 1/4 c
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- pumpkin - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- cooking oil - 1/2 c
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- nuts, chopped - 1/2 c
- allspice - 1/2 tsp
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- toasted chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- Beat at medium speed 1 minute
How to make pumpkin praline cake:
Combine the first 8 ingredients. Beat at medium speed 1 minute. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat well. Pour half of mixture into greased and floured Bundt pan. Combine last 3 ingredients. Sprinkle over batter. Top with remaining batter. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.Cream Cheese Frosting:1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese2 Tbsp. margarine pinch of salt1 tsp. vanilla2 c. powdered sugar1/2 c. toasted chopped pecans Have cream cheese at room temperature. Combine with margarine, vanilla and sifted powdered sugar. Mix well. Add pecans. Then spread on cooled cake. Good!Recipe categories: Desserts, < 4 hours, Time to make.
