Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- chopped pecans
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- pumpkin
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- oleo - 2 Tbsp
- brown sugar, firmly packed - 1/2 c
- cloves - 1/4 tsp
- quick oatmeal - 1/2 c
- can evaporated milk - 1 1/2
How to make pumpkin pie squares:
Filling:2 c. pumpkin1 (13 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk3/4 c. sugar1 tsp. cinnamon2 eggs1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. ginger1/4 tsp. cloves Topping:1/2 c. chopped pecans2 Tbsp. oleo1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed Combine ingredients for crust and mix until crumbly. Press in 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.Combine ingredients for filling and beat well. Pour over crust and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over filling. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350°, until set. Cool in pan and serve with whipped topping.
