- sugar
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- pumpkin pie spice - 2 tsp
- slightly beaten eggs - 4 item
- can pumpkin - 1 item
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- can Milnot - 1 item
- sticks butter or margarine, melted - 2 item
How to make pumpkin pie cake:
Mix first 6 ingredients in order listed. Pour into ungreased 9 x 12-inch pan. Sprinkle cake mix over filling; pour melted butter over top. Sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until knife comes out clean when inserted halfway from center. Serve warm or cold, plain or with whipped topping.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Kid Friendly.
