Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- ginger - 1/4 tsp
- canned pumpkin
- allspice - 1/4 tsp
- 9-inch crust
How to make pumpkin pie:
Cream butter, sugar and flour; add eggs (1 at a time) and beat well after each addition. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 450° for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 375° and continue baking an additional 45 minutes or until it tests done.Good served with whipped cream or ice cream.
