Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- cloves - 1/4 tsp
- evaporated milk 1 tall can
- can pumpkin or 2 c - 1 lb
- pumpkin pie spice* - 1 Tbsp
- regular pie crusts or 1 deep dish - 2 item
- Pour into pie crusts
How to make pumpkin pie:
Put everything in blender; blend until smooth. Pour into pie crusts. Bake at 450° for 15 minutes, then bake at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes.*Pumpkin Pie Spice:1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon1/2 tsp. nutmeg1/2 tsp. ginger1/4 tsp. cloves **Fresh Pumpkin: Cut pumpkin into sections; peel and remove inside seeds.
