  • eggs - 2 item
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 1 Tbsp
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • ginger - 1/2 tsp
  • cloves - 1/4 tsp
  • evaporated milk 1 tall can
  • can pumpkin or 2 c - 1 lb
  • pumpkin pie spice* - 1 Tbsp
  • regular pie crusts or 1 deep dish - 2 item
  • Pour into pie crusts

How to make pumpkin pie:

Put everything in blender; blend until smooth. Pour into pie crusts. Bake at 450° for 15 minutes, then bake at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes.*Pumpkin Pie Spice:1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon1/2 tsp. nutmeg1/2 tsp. ginger1/4 tsp. cloves **Fresh Pumpkin: Cut pumpkin into sections; peel and remove inside seeds. Boil until soft; drain. Mash with potato masher. Use or freeze in freezer containers.
