- sugar - 1/3 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pumpkin - 1 c
- pumpkin pie spice - 1 tsp
- pecans - 1 c
- white Karo - 2/3 c
- melted oleo - 3 Tbsp
- unbaked 9-inch pie shell - 1 item
How to make pumpkin pecan pie:
Stir together 1 slightly beaten egg, pumpkin, 1/3 cup sugar and pie spices. Spread over bottom of pie shell. Beat 2 eggs; add 1/2 cup sugar, white Karo, oleo and vanilla. Fold in nuts.
