  • Cool Whip - 8 oz
  • Oreo cookies, chopped - 9 item
  • orange sherbet 2 c - 1 pt
  • Oreo pie crust, thawed - 1 item

How to make pumpkin patch pie:

Place sherbet in bowl. Stir until smooth. Stir in half Cool Whip until well blended. Spoon into crust. Sprinkle with chopped Oreo cookies; press firmly into sherbet. Cover with remaining Cool Whip. Freeze 4 hours or until firm. Let stand at room temperature 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with finely chopped Oreos and candy pumpkins.

For more intense color, stir in few drops of red and yellow food coloring.
