  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pkg - 8 oz
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 3/4 c
  • butter - 4 Tbsp
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • pumpkin - 2/3 c
  • powdered sugar

How to make pumpkin nut roll:

Filling:1 c. powdered sugar4 Tbsp. butter8 oz. pkg. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla Beat on high speed 3 eggs and 1 cup sugar. Beat in pumpkin. Fold in flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Grease and line cookie sheet with 1 cup chopped nuts. Spread mixture over top and bake at 375° for 15 minutes. Roll and cool. After cool, unroll; spread filling over top and roll up again.
