Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 8 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- pumpkin - 2/3 c
- powdered sugar
How to make pumpkin nut roll:
Filling:1 c. powdered sugar4 Tbsp. butter8 oz. pkg. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla Beat on high speed 3 eggs and 1 cup sugar. Beat in pumpkin. Fold in flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Grease and line cookie sheet with 1 cup chopped nuts. Spread mixture over top and bake at 375° for 15 minutes. Roll and cool.
