Pumpkin muffins


Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/4 c
- all-purpose flour
- canned pumpkin - 3/4 c
- raisins - 3/4 c
- each ground cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
How to make pumpkin muffins:
Mix sugar, oil, eggs and pumpkin. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and spices. Toss raisins with flour mixture. Mix dry into wet ingredients. Fold in nuts. Fill 12 cups 2/3 full and bake 18 to 20 minutes in a 400° oven. Serve warm with butter or honey butter.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
