Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- melted margarine - 1 Tbsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1/4 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- pumpkin pie filling
- confectioners sugar or maple syrup - 1 item
- pie spice cinnamon and nutmeg - 2 tsp
How to make pumpkin fritters:
Beat egg, sugar and salt until fluffy. Blend in pumpkin. Sift together the dry ingredients. Fold into egg mixture. Add margarine and mix well. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls into greased frying pan.
