Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• eggs - 6 item
• milk - 3 c
• salt - 1/8 tsp
• cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
• pumpkin - 3 c
• unbaked pie shells - 2 item
• browned butter - 2 Tbsp

How to make pumpkin custard pie:

Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Pour into pie shells. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes, plus 350° for 30 minutes.
