Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 4 item
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• oil - 3/4 c
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• baking soda - 2 tsp
• pumpkin - 2 c

How to make pumpkin cupcakes:

Mix together pumpkin, sugar, eggs and oil. Sift dry ingredients and add to pumpkin mixture. Pour into cupcake paper and bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
