Ingredients/Components

  • can solid pumpkin - 1 oz
  • can evaporated milk - 1 oz
  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • box yellow pudding cake mix - 1 item
  • blocks butter - 2 item
  • chopped walnuts - 1 c
  • pkg
  • Cool Whip
  • powdered sugar - 3/4 c

How to make pumpkin crunch cake:

Frosting:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 1/2 c. Cool Whip3/4 c. powdered sugar Mix first 5 ingredients. Pour pumpkin mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan greased and lined with wax paper. Pour cake mix over pumpkin mixture. Spoon butter and walnuts over cake mix. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes. Leave cake in pan and cool. When cool, turn upside down and frost.
