- sugar
- cinnamon
- vanilla
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- soda
- baking powder
- all-purpose flour
- powdered sugar
- canned pumpkin
- raisins - 1/2 c
- Crisco or margarine - 3/4 c
How to make pumpkin cookies:
Glaze Topping:1 c. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla2 Tbsp. butter2 Tbsp. milk Cream sugar and Crisco. Add all other items. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325° for 15 minutes.Mix topping; add little more milk if needed to make creamy mixture, not runny. Spread on cookies while warm.
